We love Lowe's. It's our #1 choice for our home & garden needs. I especially appreciate Lily, who took great care of me in dealing with a special order issue caused by a vendor. Even when she needed to share bad news, or had no news, she still kept me informed and this means so much. Now, about the AI assisted handling of inbound calls, it is absolutely terrible. Please won't you consider getting a human being to transfer calls and or page appropriate personnel?! It is a really poor experience and I know you can do better. Thank you!

Continually disappointed by the employees at Lowes. I’ve been here several times now and an employee doesn’t know where to find something I’m looking for and just says “sorry” and leave it to me to locate the item(s). But today was the best example of that. I asked an employee where I could locate a key lock box and he shrugged saying “I don’t really know much about that department. I’m sorry.” and walked away. A Lowes customer happened to overhear the convo and says “The app says aisle 16 bay xx”, which was right where the item was. I used to shop at Lowes exclusively but that’s been less and less after experiences like this. Today we were right up the street and popped in for this item. I haven’t had this experience at other home improvement stores. If the employee cannot tell me where an item is, they try to locate it and will lead me in the right direction. Lowes: you can do a LOT better.

We've been shopping at this Lowe's for years and, without fail, have always received great customer service! Many of the team members there have become good friends. As they've provided assistance over time, it's given us an opportunity to get to know them and for them to know us. They are always willing to provide expertise and advice towards solutions when we ask for their help. Connie works in appliances and is one of the nicest, most helpful, and knowledgeable associates there. Johna works the Customer Service desk and is just an fun, caring, and great person to work with. She's always super helpful! Loretta is always a pleasure and Lindy in the Paint department really knows her stuff. The gentleman working the tool area is super knowledgeable and always willing to provide assistance and skilled advice when asked. We recently met one of the supervisors, Sam, when we needed some managers assistance and he was super helpful! Again, always a great experience; They value Veterans and show it!

My wife and I bought our first home last year and purchased an LG washer/dryer from Lowe’s during our first week in the house. The washer has been excellent. Our regret is choosing Lowe’s installation service (performed by a third-party contractor, Maersk). The installers were in and out in less than 10 minutes. About six months later, my wife pulled the washer away from the wall to retrieve something and discovered that the drywall behind it was covered in mold. We later learned there had been a slow leak from the washer’s water supply connection. The leak had gradually soaked the drywall, resulting in $2,500 of mold remediation and repairs. Had the installers taken a minute to verify there were no leaks before leaving, this likely could have been caught immediately. We filed a claim with Lowe’s and Maersk, but it was denied. We were told we should have discovered the slow leak sooner and that the issue was our shutoff valve. However, the connection had never leaked before the installation, and the installers were the only people who had handled that plumbing. I am extremely concerned about the current placement of inventory (mulch/soil stacks) near the parking lot exit. These stacks completely block the line of sight for drivers trying to turn onto the main road, creating a dangerous "blind exit" for both customers and passing traffic. This is a massive liability and a serious accident waiting to happen. Please move these immediately to restore visibility.
